"Pounding shoebill" 2020  2020

Production time 1 month 

 

I pasted A4-size cardboard onto a 27.2 x 39.4 cm piece of cardboard. 

I drew Shoebill on the A4-size cardboard. 

I used McKee and a highlighter to draw a dazzling background. 

I emphasized the eyes of the Shoebill that is aiming at its prey. 

I used a Milli-pen to draw the legs of the Shoebill in detail. 

I expressed the sickening feeling of wanting to see it over and over again. 

 

I was watching TV. 

A Shoebill caught a fish and ate it. 

First, we set our sights on the target. 

We caught the fish in a moment. 

I ate fish with my white eyes. 

His appearance was like that of a masked wrestler with a unique fighting style. 

I thought it was very cool. 

I was very impressed. 

I expressed this feeling in my painting. 

 

 

《ときめくハシビロコウ 2020》  2020

制作所要時間　1ヶ月 

 

27.2×39.4ｃｍのボール紙にA4サイズのボール紙を貼り付けて、A4サイズのボール紙にハシビロコウを描き、その周りにマジックペンや蛍光ペンで少し目がチカチカするような模様を描く事で、獲物を狙うハシビロコウの、一見無表情のようでギラギラした覆面レスラーのような瞳を強調したこと、足だけミリペンでやたら細かく描き、“なんだかわからないけどなぜか何回も見たくなる気持ち悪さ”を出す事にこだわりました。（自分が中毒性のある気持ち悪いものフェチなので）この作品は、テレビでたまたまハシビロコウが魚を捕まえて食べる映像を見た時に、「無表情のコワモテ顔で獲物に忍び寄り、狙いを定めて「シャー！！！」っと瞬間で魚を捕らえ白目で魚を喰らう姿は、何となく独特の戦闘スタイルの覆面レスラーのようだな」とか思い、何かそれがものすごく！“Ｋａｋｋｏｙｏｋｕ”思えてとても印象に残ったので、脳内イメージの鮮度が落ちないうちに絵に表現しました。
